Peak Structural offers a complete line of basement waterproofing products including our award winning Waterguard system; French drains, sump pumps, energy efficient dehumidifiers and waterproof floor and wall products. Our products are designed to eliminate leaks and excess moisture, prevent mold growth and ensure you have a dry, clean and healthy basement all the time! Minimally, we need to remove and replace a narrow strip of the concrete slab floor adjacent your basement’s perimeter to install the most effective types of waterproofing systems. Depending on how your basement walls are finished, we may also need to remove a small portion of the lower section of your interior finished walls. We call this technique “flood-cutting”.

Good choice! Like virtually any mechanical/electrical device, sump pumps operate at their best when they are cleaned and tested on a regular basis. Our one-time annual maintenance service is available for a $149 fee, but we encourage our customers to become a member of the Peak Care Club. (PCC). With a lower annual fee of only $119, your annual maintenance appointment is covered. Additionally, ongoing membership in PCC extends the 25-year lifetime warranty most of our systems come with to a lifetime warranty!
