If a registered, A+ rated BBB contractor offers the same standard of materials, quality of work and warranty of equal specifications within 30 days of the agreement, our company will beat their price by $100. *Must provide the comparable proposal.

At Peak Structural, we’re known for our quality products and exceptional service, but even the best systems need some TLC over time. Just like your car, your home needs regular maintenance to keep your systems working like they should. Peak Care Club is an annual membership that covers your annual maintenance appointment, includes a lifetime warranty on all systems, a five-year warranty on sump pumps and offers special savings on the cost of repairs. A Peak Care Club membership is only $119 annually. Read more here or contact us for details.
What you do with any estimate we may provide is entirely up to you. We do not file or forward estimates to governmental agencies, real estate databases, etc.
Colorado’s most significant geologic hazard is swelling soil — that is, soil laced with layers of certain types of clays. These clays cause more property damage than any other natural hazard. Bentonite and montmorillonite (weathered volcanic ash) clays underlie many populated areas of Colorado. They can expand up to 15% by volume when exposed to water and may exert up to 20,000 pounds of force per square foot, more than enough force to break or push around any manmade structure they encounter. Colorado Geological Survey wrote a booklet about this hazard for homeowners; you can view it here.
