“Very helpful and called back with a reminder. Dan was very thorough and made sure we had a complete understanding of our options and knew what the problem was. Stephen, Kevin, Edgar, Jackson all worked hard in the heat to complete the job in a timely efficient manner. Stephen made sure to ask if we had any questions during and after the process. They cleaned everything up and left things the way it was before the installation.”

Concrete Stoop Repair in Fountain, CO

Anthony recently purchased a home in Fountain, CO. When he moved in, he noticed that his concrete stoop and stairs had started to sink. The concrete stairs were pulling away from the home, causing an unsightly gap between the stairs and where they should attach to the home. Looking to restore the appearance and equity of his home, he called Peak Structural Inc. The expert from Peak Structural arrived promptly, and after inspecting the home, assured Anthony that his front stoop could be lifted and secured permanently using our PolyLevel System. PolyLevel is an industrial strength polymer that is injected beneath the concrete to create a controlled, permanent lift. PolyLevel was able to lift his stoop back to its original place, and it is warrantied for 5 years. Excited to get a permanent solution to his settling concrete, Anthony was very happy to permanently secure his concrete with Peak Structural.

Several cracks in basement foundation, basement floor low spot, crack in upstairs ceiling, doors around the house aren’t opening and closing correctly, I think it’s due to the foundation cracks, the cracks are about 4 ft. long and 1/8 in gap, 1 crack goes down into an electrical receptacle and is gaining water from the outside.

Dear Peak Basement: Thank you for sending your technician today to check my sump pump and the drainage, today. I don’t remember the name of the technician, but he was on time, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure having him in our home today. He found everything in working order. He recommended some kind of freeze device for the sump pump, and I told him we would like to get the project done in August, 2011. I believe this would be in our best interest to have this done in order to prevent the sump pump drain pipe from freezing in the winter time. So please send a representative to meet with us in the next few weeks to give us the plan for the upgrade and the quote, so we can get this done in August 2011. Again, it is a pleasure doing business with your company. My compliments to the technician that checked out our system today. Super guy.
Cedar Chase Drive in Fountain

Last summer you installed a new sump pump in my crawl space. We have not heard ours go on for some time. Can you send a technician to check our sump pump, and also check to make sure it is draining properly.
Cedar Chase Drive in Fountain

Dear Peak Basement Systems: We wanted to write you a short note to say Thank You for the superb job you did in installing our sump pump last summer. You did a superb job. Maria and I want to wish you a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. The work you did for us, is greatly appreciated.
Cedar Chase Drive in Fountain

I just had my home inspected today. There is already a sump pump down in the crawl space that works. However, the inspector says, that if a sump pump with a float that is lower would help drain the water out quicker. The inspector mentioned that perhaps maybe going down 4 feet, would be best. I already have the plastic covering and all that is needed, but I need a better sump pump. I will be getting the formal inspection report in a couple of days from the inspector.

Basement estimate
Fountain Mesa RD in Fountain

Hi, I’m buying this home and i’m scheduled to close on it July 2nd. It’s has drainage problems at the walkout basement where 2/3 of the yard sends water there. The basement also floods as a result of this. I got a landscaper to look at it and he told me it’ll be best to get an engineer to look at closing it off because it never should have been a walkout basement. I’m looking to get this work done first thing after closing. I’m currently out of state and will be there on the 2nd. If you can have someone take a look at it for me and give me an estimate before then it’ll be much appreciated. I’m open to different solutions and estimates. Thank You
