The Gazette honors only a handful of companies of all sizes each year that show that employee engagement and retention is one of their top values. Paul Sutton, the owner, said this about being named a 2019 Colorado Springs Gazette Best Places To Work. “Our employees are the backbone of this company. The annual Best Workplaces Awards demonstrates the value of each companies Human Resources team as a strategic partner and emphasizes the impact effective corporate leadership has on achieving successful business performance, employee engagement and customer retention. The Best Places to Work program recognizes the highest caliber companies to work for, and do business with, in Colorado Springs.

For this year’s award, 344 companies were nominated as a Best Workplace. Less than a third of them were selected based on third party data surveys conducted by DataJoe. Peak Structural was one of only 38 large companies in the region to be named a best workplace.
