A basement in Denver had a deep bow in the concrete wall that had caused the wall to slip out of the sill plate. Peak Structural went in and used Geo-locks to the straighten and stabilize the wall to prevent further damage or destruction.
Hydrostatic pressure from the soil outside is expanding with great force into this homeowner’s foundation wall. Big, horizontal cracks formed in the interior, allowing water to enter the basement. Our team installed the Geo-Lock Wall Anchor System, and straightened the wall back into place, permanently stabilizing it from any future movement.
Louse’s foundation wall had cracked and was bowing inwards. Afraid that the wall would soon cave-in, Louise began looking around for a company that could fix his problem. He quickly decided upon Peak Structural. After our Design Specialist, Isaac Vigil, inspected the home, he informed Lousie that the wall could be saved using GeoLock Wall Anchors. In this picture you can see a picture of the wall before and after the GeoLock Anchors were installed. Due to the anchors, Louise is now confident that his wall will be secure!
Geo Lock Wall Anchors were used to help straighten a retaining wall that is beginning to bow. The anchors will stabilize the wall and provide the support strong enough to help bring the wall back to its original position.
