David’s front porch was sinking away from the home. Afraid that the gap would continue to grow he decided to find a company that could fix the problem. In his search he came across several different options such as replacing the concrete and mud jacking. Both options were expensive. After researching mud jacking the less expensive of the two he learned that it would blotch his concrete and the porch would no longer look new like it did.
After much consideration he called Peak Structural who recommended PolyLevel. With this product not only would he be paying less, but his porch would also look the same. The only difference would be a small dime sized hole where the PolyLevel will be injected. Once the PolyLevel project was completed David was impressed with the results.

Jerry had his sidewalk leveled by Peak Structural after he began to notice that the slabs were no longer matching up and the corner of one slab was sinking into the dirt. After the Peak Structural Crew finished, the slabs were once again level and the edges were no longer sinking into the grass and mud.

Carmen owns a nice, stucco home in Pueblo, CO. Throughout the years, she has seen her front porch sink several inches, causing large gaps between her porch and home and cracks in her concrete. To keep this sinking concrete from diminishing the equity on her home, she called an expert at Peak Structural to come solve her problem. When the expert arrived, he performed a complete, comprehensive assessment of the home. He determined that the soil under her concrete was washing out, creating a large void under the slab. The weight of the concrete caused it to keep sinking over time. To permanently solver her sinking concrete, the expert recommended she lift her concrete with our lightweight, waterproof PolyLevel foam solution. PolyLevel will never wash out, so her solution should be permanent. To top it off, PolyLevel comes with a 5-year warranty, so Carmen felt very comfortable fixing her sinking concrete with Peak Structural. She got her concrete lifted using the PolyLevel system and was very happy with the results.

Woodrow owns a home in Canyon City, CO with very unlevel sidewalks. Through the years, the gaps in the concrete only got bigger and the concrete slabs turned into a safety hazard. Knowing it was time to have a professional come out to the home to see what could be done, Woodrow called Peak Structural. An expert design specialist came out to the home to conduct a thorough inspection of the area. After seeing the issue, he recommended that Woodrow go with the PolyLevel Injection. Using a polyurethane formula, the product is injected under the concrete where it then expands, lifting and stabilizing the slab. Wanting to move forward with the recommendation in order to achieve a level and stable sidewalk, the Polylevel was injected and Woodrow couldn’t be happier with the results.
