Diverting surface water & moisture away from slabs are vital to keeping them intact. Once a slab is lifted with PolyLEVEL, all expansion joints and cracks are sealed with NexusPro™ commercial caulk.

Peak Structural went out to do an inspection on a front porch post that was beginning to pull away from the roof. Upon further inspection, it was discovered that it was not a structural or foundation issue but a sinking slab that was causing the beam to pull away from the home. The Peak Structural Crew went out and leveled the slab on the porch using PolyLevel.
